Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via U.S Mail Priority. Orders are shipped when confirmation of payment is shown. All orders are shipped once your order is received and the product is ready for shipping.

King Pens offers one shipping and handling option for our internet customers. Shipping and Handling costs are generally based on the type of order being shipped and the weight of the product. In most cases we ship flat rate Priority Mail with a tracking number. The costs are approximations for customers living within the continental United States; actual shipping and handling costs may vary for Internet customers’ residing outside the United States offers Global International Shipping. Taxes and Duties due to foreign countries are the responsibility of the customer and not King Pens. All merchandise ordered by credit card must be shipped to billing address shown on the Customers valid State Driver’s license.

Orders from outside the United States to be shipped to other countries must have shipping costs verified by email to our store BEFORE you make the purchase. The reason for this is that shipping costs are calculated by our shopping cart according to U.S. Shipping rates. Your item may cost more to ship to your country and therefore we have this requirement.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Internet Terms and Conditions of Sale / Shipping + Handling

Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within three days of the date the item was received by the customer less shipping and handling costs. Open items containing defective products may be returned in accordance with the policy of the manufacturer. Returns must be shipped to our primary location. Items purchased directly from King Pens by customers may be returned by the customer in accordance with King Pens return policy in effect on the date of the invoice.

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY

King Pens guarantees its writing instruments to the original retail purchaser. If at any time it should develop any defects that are a result of faulty workmanship or materials, King Pens agrees to correct the defect(s) without charge to the original purchaser provided that the instrument is shipped to our workshop in Houston, Texas, shipping charges prepaid within 1 year of the original purchase date.

This guarantee does not provide coverage of repairs necessitated by normal wear, misuse, accidental damage or the natural cracking of wood finishes that result from changes in temperature or humidity.

Terms of sale:

By accepting delivery of the products described on the invoice the customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. King Pens reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior written notice at any time, at King Pens’ sole discretion.

KING PENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IF IT IS UNABLE TO PERFORM ANY OF ITS OBLIGATIONS CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DUE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE FAILURE OF ANY PRODUCT, SYSTEM OF AUTHORIZATION, DATA PROCESSING OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM OR TRANSMISSION LINK OR ANY INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE, WAR, FLOOD, EXPLOSION, ACT OF GOD OR ANY OTHER EVENT BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE KING PENS. The laws of the State of shall govern the sale of products. Venue and jurisdiction for all disputes will lie in Harris County, Texas.

Products purchased or received under these terms and conditions shall be subject to export laws and regulations of the United States of America.
